We want the Kit to be genuinely useful. If it isn't, you shouldn't pay for it.

14-day money-back guarantee

Email support@neuropathlabs.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you used at checkout (or with your receipt), and we'll refund the full $29. You don't need to give a reason, though we always appreciate feedback.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They're usually processed within 2 business days of your request; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.

After 14 days

Because the Kit is a digital download, we generally can't refund purchases after 14 days, except where required by law. If something is wrong with your files, contact us anytime and we'll fix it.

Abuse

We may decline repeat refund requests from the same person, or requests tied to redistribution of the Kit.
