Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains what NeuroPath collects on https://rbt.neuropath.blog and how we use it. We keep it minimal.
What we collect
- Purchases: when you buy, Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your name, email address, country/postal code and the order amount, but never your full card number.
- Free sample: nothing, unless you choose to enter your email at the end to get your score. Then we keep your email, your sample score and the time.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider logs standard server data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase and send your download link.
- To answer support and refund requests.
- If you entered your email after the free sample, to send your score breakdown and occasional RBT study tips and NeuroPath product news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email delivery), Hostinger (website hosting and our email-marketing tool, Hostinger Reach). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and support purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@neuropathlabs.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. The practice-test simulator saves your progress in your browser's local storage on your device; we don't receive it. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention.
Children
The Kit is intended for adults preparing for a professional exam and is not directed at children under 16.
